Please do not stay at this place or any other “Flats Company” apartments! The owner (Aysu) only cares about money. I booked a room here and unfortunately we couldn’t leave our country due to COVID-19 lockdowns, so I politely messaged them and asked if I could cancel or at least get a credit voucher for a future stay (it’s still the same money, just at a later time). She said it’s perfectly fine to travel to Turkey, there’s no strict coronavirus measures, everything is open, etc. however, Turkey had over 30,000 new cases that day and everything was closed. She didn’t even bother to mention anything about issuing a credit voucher and ignored that part of question. I messaged her TWO WEEKS in advance asking about the voucher, which means she had plenty of time to find a new customer to take our room. When I asked Booking customer service, they reached out to her on my behalf and, again, rejected the credit voucher. The reason? “we're sorry to inform you that the property did not accept your request to get a voucher for future stays, being this petition a last minute notice.” — I asked her TWO WEEKS in advance, she ignored my question. I asked again, and she said it was a “last minute notice”. If you never want to see your money again, book Flats Company. Their management is terrible and, judging from other’s reviews on their properties, it seems the entire company is a sh*tshow.

The room was very good(clean,safe,comfortable)the area quiet and close to everything. Close to good restaurants, super market, metro and team line.Hospitality very warm.I definitely recommend it. Thank you!

Otelci olarak hep aynı grubun otellerini tercih ederim. Booking.com üzerinden araştırma yaparken Müjgan 'ı gördüm, ilginç geldi ve bu sefer risk alıp rezervasyonu yaptırdım. Giriş günü saat öğleden önce firma yetkilisi Anıl Bey aradı, WhatsApp üzerinden irtibata geçeceğini söyleyerek adım adım neler olacağını açıkladı. Peşinden WhatsApp üzerinden bilgilendirmeler düzgün bir şekilde yapıldı, talimatlar geldi. Mujgan'a geldiğimizde verilen şifreler ve anlatılanlara uygun olarak oda anahtarını aldık. Oda temizdi ve zevkli döşenmişti ; ihtiyaçlara cevap veriyordu. Eksik olarak belirteceğim bir başucu lambası, iki banyoya havlu için askı. Onun dışında tastamam. Lokasyon itibariyle hareketli ve dolayısıyla gürültülü.

La stanza era pulita e confortevole (certo, qualche gancio in più per appendere gli asciugamani non sarebbe guastato), corrispondente a quanto ci aspettavamo. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host, davvero gentile, abbiamo comunicato tramite whatsapp senza incontrarci mai e ci ha così fornito i codici per poter accedere all’appartamento. Materasso comodo, strada secondaria non troppo rumorosa, riposo garantito. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, veramente strategica, a due passi dalla metro, dalla torre di Galata, a Beyoglu. La zona è ben fornita di ristoranti, caffè, negozi, di tutto quello che può servire e può costituire un ottimo punto d’appoggio per una prima visita alla città.
